Assistant Superintendent - Public Schools

Patrizia Humphrey, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Personnel in Amelia, Virginia, holds a M.S. degree in Administration and Supervision, and a B.S. in Special Education. She has thirty-three years of experience in education. Mrs. Humphrey, a nationally certified trainer in Cooperative Learning, Crisis Prevention and Intervention, serves on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Staff Development Council, is a Key Communicator for the Virginia Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and co-published The Amelia Learning Process, in the November 2006 Virginia Educational Leadership Journal. She recently presented at the National Quality Education Conference in Dallas, Texas in 2006, (Amelia Data Driven PDSA Instruction Improvement Process) and the National Staff Development Conference in Washington, D.C.
